Herbalife Singapore Conference

May 13-, 2016

Going to the merlion city, Singapore!

A nice cup of hot, super kaw kopi c at Food Republic 大时代!
Well initially I wanted to blog about my trip to Sg as soon as possible but was really busy after I got back (talk more on that later).
First day ! Friday 13/5
Arrived at Kch airport 7 early 8 early. Waited for everyone to arrive and went into immigration gate!
Was totally surprised to see my old primary friend there, obviously going to the same place with the same purpose.
What surprise me more was I saw those Denmark guys from uni! Feel like I have ran into them many times at campus and now
On the same plane some more. Fate. Hahahaha too bad they are not really my cup of tea.
Grabbed a beef burger on plane which cost me rm16 but no choice also la, we all knew it would be hours before we could have our next meal.
The moment we touched down at Changi, we boarded the sky train to the MRT station to Expo!
And mind you, Expo is like what we have here at Kch, our bcck, only the size is dno how many times bigger. Walked past a few halls and saw some interesting exhibitions.
We queued for more than an hour or so to be registered, and I had the time to observe people around me while I was in queue.
Aww it was so sweet of the company to reward us with SGD20 cash voucher to be spend in Changi!
I know 20 isnt alot, but that is like rm60 here !!!
Welcome to Extravaganza 2016!
There were people from nine countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, Philippine, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Australia, Thailand and one country I cant remember....
At 6pm or so, we headed back to our hotel, Strand Hotel at Bras Basah using the mrt. It was so crowded.
Anyway, we got off at City Hall station and walked a really long way, with our luggage to the hotel. I felt like we were sightseeing the city, just that it wasnt that enjoyable lol but still sightseeing mah hoh ha ha.
Found out we actually got off at the wrong station. We should change to another line at Payar Lebah and board all the way to Bayfront. Hahaha 害姐燃烧了那么多脂肪
First meal at Sg!
Tried the kimchi soup at Food Republic ( which was a short walk from the place we stayed ) and it was actually quite good!
Too bad we were all very tired and I couldnt finish the soup.
After dinner, we walked around to look for a minimarket.
We bought some bread and bottled waters at Fair Express! And I go5 myself two small cartons of soy milk yums.
I only blogged about day one for my trip to sg and now I'm pretty lazy to update all four days. So I'm gonna sum it all Haha lazy die lol
Day 2 & 3
Two days of lessons/talks in a row isn't kidding I tell you. I lost count of how many nod offs during the two days oh gosh
So to stay awake, we were all nibbling on bread. This loaf of bread I got in fair express really nice. I ate the whole loaf just on the plain bread itself. I think it's some sort of milk bread. So yummy so soft and so moist
Met pretty lots of people from different countries and regions. They were so friendly! And they all have such nice bodies omg girls with abs 😍😍😍
My goal is to flatten my tummy and I'm more than satisfied already lo Hahaha
Besides from all those awesome talks which intrigue your motivation and hope, something also happened during the trip.
There's always a good side and bad side of everything. So we happened to have some bad feelings with one of our allies. Hmm definitely not a good thing
So yeah. The trip was fantastic and it felt like my dreams are reignited so I came back feeling all good. I enjoyed my stay there. Like how I love sg being a disciplined country and how most people abide the law there. You can never see that here at Malaysia or kuching 😑😑😑
And I love the airport. How I hope Ive got more money lol so I can bought back all the chocolate and bak po and all Hahaha talk about food
When I got back on Monday and rushed to campus, assignment was a mess.
But thank goodness Management presentation was pretty good and yea I was being syiok munching sandwich when everybody presented Hahaha sorry guys I was too hungry and I wouldn't wanna get air Asia plane food a second time too expensive and small portion lol

Form six gathering 2016

Last night gathering with form six gang at Big Coconut. Words can't possibly describe how much I've missed them! It may sound untrue but it's real! I guess you will only start appreciating when you lose something. I was always the chill one in class. Never bothered about class events, activities or anything. I just do my own stuff, lived in my own little space. But one and a half year isn't short, and when your class is so small with less than 20 person,   Probability is you will feel more belonged to that clique, as compared to a class of 50. And to me, I feel like there's a special bond among us. Something that's difficult to describe. It might be because we had been through the hard phase of struggling with stpm. Honestly until now, I'm still grateful that I went for form six and get to know each of them. Thank you so much my friends! My grilled chicken set. Very good but I didn't fully enjoy it because I was too full at the end....

Dad's 53rd Bday

It's the end of my first week of sem break, and I already feel bored and unmotivated?! 😱😱😱 Okay I guess sem break isn't a good thing either. Haha I've decided to give myself a break first. Take everything cool for the first few weeks before burying myself in books and lecture notes again. Next next week I will be my very first out of sarawak vacation with my friends! Can't wait to indulge in char kuey tiaw, cendol, and my favorite tambun cookies! Hope everything will be fine and smooth!   *fingers crossed * It's dad's 53rd birthday and father's day too! He's the best I could ever ask for. Yes, he could not afford me a car, an iPhone, or my university tuition fees. But these all wouldn't matter. He give me more than people would appreciate, but I understand and know it's best for me. My dad is a very strict one. He emphasizes on our morale more than any other things. He always teach us never ever be greedy, materialistic. He sa...

2016 Primary Gathering

Finally met up with these people! We've known for more than 13 years which is like really wow. It's like a 1/3 of our life with each other. I can't recall all the things that happened, but some memories do remain. I can assure you primary school life is one of the best you can get.   Just back from school, shall continue rambling here Hehe. So yea, talking about primary school life really brings back a lot of memories. We did many many silly things together. Like how we used to go to the toilet together because there were rumors about ghosts in the toilet (until now I still fear the toilet, it's really creepy lol). How nervous we got when we heard the dental nurses were there for dental checkup, and then if you did had your teeth removed, you would be given a sticker badge. #dayre
